My wife and I were trying to decide on a backsplash for our kitchen--we looked around at many different locations to see different ideas. Both of us were attracted to a simple design, having seen many kitchens with simple backsplashes. We came to Tiles Unlimited and spoke to the sales people. We found them very knowledgeable and they gave us some great ideas. We continued to keep looking when we finally found something we liked with the help of a sales person named Joe.

I am a new home owner and for all new home owners who are renovating your home, you know how difficult it is to pick or find something that you like and can match with what you have in mind. After much shopping and searching around town, I was referred to Tiles Unlimited by a very close friend of mine who did her bathroom with them. I loved her layout, I loved the tiles, so I decided to check these guys out. I was amazed at the tile selection and the staff was just an added bonus, with the friendliness and expertise. As you can see, with the help of John and Joe, my dream bathroom was a reality. From matching the tiles, to assisting with the layout, it was a full service package from Tiles Unlimited. “Unlimited” is the perfect term for this tile store where knowledge and a welcoming atmosphere abound thanks to Joe and Gianluca. We’ve visited the rest but always come back to the store we consider the best for service, selection, quality and price. No job is too big or too small for them to lend their expertise and creativity. We are very happy with the end results after remodeling two bathrooms in our home using the beautiful tumbled marble tiles and mosaic we purchased from your store. My husband and I came into Tiles Unlimited to find a new floor for our finished basement. The choices were extensive and we knew we would have no trouble finding the perfect one. We both were immediately drawn to a particular tile; as it happens, it was one of the more expensive selections. Our salesperson told us - without any prompting from us - that there were also lovely tiles available that would fit our needs but at a lower price. We decided to go with the ones that were more expensive and have never regretted it. In fact, even though we re-did the walls, ceiling, windows and lighting, it is the floor tiles that everyone who sees the basement, notices first and compliments us on. We think it says a lot about a store that far from pressuring you, they actually go out of their way to make a customer on a more limited budget feel as comfortable as a high end spender.
